The Maniac Cop returns from the dead once again when a female cop is shot down during an attempted hostage rescue. This time the Maniac Cop wants a girlfriend, and nothing will stop him from finding one! Mayhem and carnage ensues as the zombie officer finds his undead and unwed partner, but it's not all plain sailing for the gruesome twosome when some real cops attempt to hunt them down.
