Cobra Thunderbolt is the codename given to a new secret type of heavily armored, heavily armed and indestructible tank. When illegal weapons dealers learn of it's existence, they quickly swing into action targeting the the family of the tanks creator. Her father is a wheelchair bound Army Colonel and her mother is apparently a Japanese trained Samurai. As is the case in most 80's flicks, they don't do it the easy way by kidnapping the dude in the wheelchair, they go after the mother. When things start going horrible wrong for the good guys, the Colonel teams up with an escaped prison convict/old war buddy whose name happens to sound EXACTLY like "Dick Some More." In the attempt to exchange for his missing wife lots of things and people get blown up, lots of things and people get shot at. Eventually the Colonel himself gets kidnapped and it's up to escaped convict Dick SomeMore and the Colonel's jetpack flying daughter to fight against and destroy the Evil Arms Dealers and their seemingly endless supply of henchmen.
