"I like to think of it as an art film, visceral and alive. Its like raw meat" - David Long
Tittybar waitress Charlottes fading dream of becoming an actress is given a ray of light when she befriends a lo-fi artsy director David who has a beautiful project for her to star in.

What could have been a forgettable realistic serial killer wielding a camera horror, in the mould of Henry or August Underground. Is lifted to dark satirical perfection by its writer & director Joe Stauffer and co-writer Dustin Lewis (or David Long!!!) quirky script, and David Longs charismatic ever smiling performance as the sociopathic indie filmmaker. Its so fucking amusing seeing Long take out a smug money obsessed producer and a coked up actor early on, because hes authentic, doing it for the passion of film. Icing on the cake are Longs bizarre short arts films intercut in the story. I really like this and not seen a more cringe inducingly entertaining serial killer since Gerard Johnsons Tony. Looking forward to the sequel-spinoff 'A Missing Piece'.
