Comedy/horror that was made way back in 1990 failed to get a release so sat on the shelves until it surfaced on DVD in 2009. Feels like it was made more as a showcase for Fred Travalena's comic talents than as an actual movie, (even though his gags suck he has a wide range of voices) he plays four of the central characters detective, commentator, team manager & training coach. The story for want of a better word is about a college basketball team who are on a six year losing streak, if that was not bad enough someone wearing a basketball head mask starts killing anyone who becomes the teams captain. Doesn't shock me that it didn't see light of day for decades, I'd guess they was trying to make a teen kill movie with Sledgehammer style deadpan humor but it fails on all counts as its not gory (most action is offscreen while huge 60's Batman style Boom/Bangs fill the screen) enough to work as a slasher and not funny enough to work as a comedy. The acting is dire as well with most the dialog suffering huge pauses after its spoken. I doubt even hardcore fans of bad movies will find much worth their attention here maybe a slight laugh once in a while, like the very noticeable bewb tape during a shower scene.
