IMDB Page
Light comedy romp following an ancient cult of Lovecraft fans who believe his books carried real predictions of an uprising of Cthulhu and his demons. Their only hope is getting help from one of Lovecrafts own desendants only he's more comic-book geek than hero.

I didn't overly enjoy this film as much as I was expecting to do (still so few worthy Lovecraft themed movies around best still being Re-Animator series). Sadly what budget the film had was used on bland almost Power Rangers costumes instead of fx, plot was dire more dumb comic-book geek gags than story, also it relied too much on badly done fights. Trouble is it was an hard film to hate as the cast seemed to be having so much fun goofing around, making me imagine it was more fun to actually be involved with making than actually viewing. Ending hinted at a possible sequel which I'd not hold my breath to view.
