“My whole life's a side effect.” - Zach (Daniel Fraser)

Pupils at a privileged school for geniuses, embark on a lifelong experiment to understand frequency. And possibly control the way it plays a part in human social interactions.

Commendable, philosophical, science fantasy. That genuinely felt like it was trying to claw into something fresh. Sadly it drifted in and out of barf inducing romantic la la land too frequently, gradually losing itself and wasting its initial promise. Possibly because a 3rd of the movie was based around the characters at school, visually and performance wise it reminded me of the Doctor Who children's TV spinoff Sarah Jane Adventures.

[Personal Reasons For Remembering]

Young Thomas stealing Nicolas science fair invention. The doctor prescribing music as medicine.
