"Son your about a sentence away from me knocking you into everlasting perdition" - Father Melluzzo (Roddy Piper)
Hordes of trailer park trash descend onto a scrapyard after newly widowed bimbette owner Meghan offers a $100,000 cash reward to avenge her husband and kill a heavy-metal cybernetic alien and its parasitic slug traps.
Stoopid-ly goofy, hick-schlock science fiction from Synthetic Cinema Internationals writer/director team John Doolan and Colin Theys. I sorta liked it, featured a few decent moments, a really cool alien costume and plenty of silly deaths... but it instead of a genuine micro budget production aiming to make a mega blockbuster, it felt forced to me, its cast & crew obviously sinking it to b-movie levels. Doesn't help the story's far too choppy, making it feel more like a series of skits instead of a 90 minute feature. Plus Piper wasn't in it nearly enough, and when he was he seemed pretty damn uninterested. Fun but could have been so much better.
