Robert Englund stars as a disgraced ex-alcoholic stage actor hoping to kickstart his career again by taking a role in a mysterious new play. Only while attending a cast rehearsal in a remote Pennsylvanian manor, real life starts to mirror the dark plays plot.
Respect to director Ben Samuels for trying something different by crafting an 'House of Long Shadows' type mystery whodunit. I don't think it fully worked and it was undeniably clunky, in a still enjoyable Empire/Full Moon pictures way. Wasn't half bad, a little talky but it was refreshing to see a fresh stab at an old style.
