Not the Anna Nicole Smith biography I'd hoped from the title. It's a painfully pedestrian UK mystery whodunit.
Shortly after a local tomb is plundered for gold, bodies start racking up. The local police can't unravel the case. Enter American professor Dr. Lutens who suspects a local folktale about a giant Easter Island bird could be involved.
Sure we had Hammer & Quatermass, but outside of 'Day of the Triffids' & 'Gorgo' UK was so behind US and Japan for decent 60's creature features. Vulture isn't even f*cking close, its lousy, its sub scooby doo.
