A young man finds himself held captive by a mysterious doctor and his brutish henchman.
Ridicules mess of a movie following a rich doctor whose daughter gets brutally murdered while being filmed on a snuff tape. Out of revenge the doctor manages to track down the man responsible but instead of just killing the man, he decides on something far more extreme. The doctor kidnaps the man and over a period of 4 months turns the man physically and mentally into a replica of his daughter.
Victim is an absolute pile of trash with the dumbest premise for a movie I've had the displeasure of seeing in many a year. Its got zero logic or humor, dire characters (One victim, one eccentric doctor, one henchman and one snoopy police detective) and to top it all off, it ends with a poor unsatisfying quick wrap up. And after all the trouble the doctor goes through the guy still looks like a guy, but with make-up and a wig. Destined for the bargain bin where if you're wise you'll leave it.
(3½ out of 10)
