Frankensteins Army gives WW2 nazi experiments the POV found footage treatment. A set of Russian & Czech soldiers make a grisly discovery, when they stumble upon a crazy scientists new weapon(s) while on a mission during the end of WW2.
Grim looking European war horror, thats yet another in the ever growing line of dull uses for found footage (please end the subgenre already). I personally hated most of it, the first 40 or so minutes are painfully mundane, thankfully it does pick up slightly after that (for those brave enough to endure the shockingly dull beginning that is). The reason it picks up is due to how bizarre the mad doctors creations are, they're like Bioshock's Big Daddies. Theres also ample gore throughout the final moments so its possible it'll be somewhat of an hit among gorehounds, but its all very plastic and obviously fake. So maybe more of an hit with rubber limb fans.
