When Duncan's rising family & work related anxiety builds up to unimaginable levels, he shits out a living & breathing little stress induced monster that wrecks havoc with his life.
Some movies just defy explanation, I know theres the cult crowd who would lap up anything like 'Basket Case', 'Bad Biology' or 'Its Alive' but surely to Christ at some period during production of Bad Milo those involved must have known the lame idea was never going to pad out a feature. It could have maybe worked as an amusing little entry in an anthology. Milo made a mighty cute ass critter and the cast including Ken Marino (The State, Childrens Hospital) & Gillian Jacobs (Community) I've always really liked.

Duncans ass critter fighting his fathers ass critter made me laugh, but pretty much all the other gags bored me to tears.
